Solution
If u wanna maximize the performance, here is something u could use for reference:

1. FX-8350 has unlocked multiplier, so don't waste the overclockability and get a 990X/990FX mobo for more power phrase and a good 3rd party CPU cooler (cooler master 212 EVO for air cooling or corsair 100i for liquid cooling)

2. No need now for 16GB RAM except u'r doing video rendering or running VMware.

3. A SSD for gaming and OS disk could improve the speed compared w/ RAID.

4. Wireless Network Adapter is a sort of expensive I think.

5. IMO Windows 8 works better than Windows 7. I really feel that my rig runs faster after installing Windows 8 than Windows 7.
