Find out how many 6-pin power conductors ur PSU has, it plays vital to the video upgrade.

If ur PSU has none conductors, HD 7750 is the best choice:http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/his-video-card-h775f1gd (but not to choose the DDR3 version, it works bad. U could read the review of HD 7730 gfx in tomshardware.com, it shows how DDR3 cripples. Here's the link: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-7730-cape-verde-review,3575.html)

If the PSU has one 6-pin: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr779oc1gd (HD 7790, matches your budget)

If the PSU has two 6-pin (Yay!): http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/his-video-card-h785f1g2m (The HD 7850 outperformed HD 7790/GTX 650 ti much)

The 7790 is also an option, and it should still play next gen games on low-mid.

There isn't much difference between the DDR5 6670 and the 7750. Yes the 7750 is faster, but it's not like its going to be a lot faster. 7790 is a good idea, but really try to get the 7850. Does need one PCIe plug, but for the money its a great card.

500w should be fine for any of the cards listed, if it has the proper power connectors.

How do I know if I've got the right power connectors for either the 7790 OR 7850?
