Do I lose USB 3.0 if i put Sandy Bridge on Z77 mobo?

I have a Z77 motherboard and plan to move it over to another computer and was planning to get a cheap sandy bridge CPU like the i3 2120.

Would a sandy bridge CPU on a Z77 motherboard not allow the USB 3.0 ports to work on the back of the motherboard and also the front panel USB 3.0?

And also what other downsides are there on using sandy bridge on Z77?

ok so if I'm not planning on using a graphics card and just use intel hd 3000 graphics from the cpu, then I don't need to worry about any downsides of using a sandy bridge cpu on a z77 motherboard?
