CPU: Intel Core i7 2700K 3.50GHz @ 4.20GHz CPU
RAM: TeamGroup Elite 16GB DDR3 1600MHz

Will my CPU or RAM hold back my graphics cards?
Is there a huge difference between my i7 and Haswell for gaming?

No, your CPU and RAM are not causing a bottleneck while gaming.

There is very little difference between your 2700k and haswell for gaming. Remember, it's the GPU that counts, and even from the CPU side, a haswell i7 isn't that much more powerful than your 2700k.
