My computer's sound is streaming through my microphone (together with my voice)

Hello,
I have got this issue already for a while, and it is quite annoying me.

Since a random moment, 1 year ago, my friend suddenly told me that he could hear the sound of my computer through my microphone, together with my voice. (I was listening to music while talking to him, and he could hear the music very quietly, but crystal clear.)

I have tried a lot of solutions (including some I found on this forums), without any succes. Here are a few things that I tried:

  • ■ I oftenly use Stereo Mix. I tried to disable that. Didn't change anything.
    ■ 1 year ago, I had a different headset(and microphone) than today. That did not change anything either, so it is rather related to the software.
    ■ At the moment I have 2 mics: The one of my headset, plugged into the front of my computer, and a USB microphone inside my webcam. The USB mic is not suffering from this problem, but I don't want to use that mic because of the horrible quality.
    ■ I tried plugging my mic in the rear-jack in stead of the front-jack. No difference, people could still hear my PC audio next to my voice.
    ■ My headset has a button to mute my microphone. When I mute it, people do not hear my voice anymore, but they can still hear my PC audio, quietly but clearly.
    ■ Turning the volume in my headphones down, until I cannot hear my PC audio anymore did not help either, so my headphones are not leaking any sound into my mic.
    ■ I tried another computer (which was not mine). No problems.
    ■ In the recording settings of my microphone, there is a Mic-Boost option, with a maximum boost of +30.0dB. I am using the boost at +10.0dB, because otherwise my microphone is too quiet, even when the microphone volume is set to 100 (This might be another software issue I'm having?). I tried putting the boost at 0.0dB. My friends still could hear the sound of my computer, but VERY quietly this time and not clear at all. They barely noticed it, at first.
However, I have to use the booster because otherwise I sound way too quiet.

I am really lost and I have no idea what to do anymore. My friends do not really care about the sound of my computer they can hear, but I do. I don't want them to hear it, simply for privacy.

Edit: I forgot to say, I am using a Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and Realtek HD audio drivers. I have heard that you should try reïnstalling these drivers, but I have no idea how to "reïnstall" them safely + I don't even know if it is safe at all.

Thank you for your time and any useful help will be appreciated!

The USB mic is disabled already, and I don't think it is actually causing any interference.
As this happend with a previous mic aswell, I think it has to do something with the audio software of my device itself. It seems to detect my computer's sound output as my microphone input aswell, mixing it together with my actual voice, so it also get streamed through.

Get the newest drivers for your SC. Click on start, then type in device manager. Open the sound, video and game controllers section and remove/delete the Realtek high definition audio. (Not sure here, might need to remove all entries here.) Then go ahead and install the newest driver that you already downloaded.

Well, I am really not sure about how to do this safely. When I press the "check for updates" thing, it says the drivers are up to date.
I am just afraid I won't find the correct drivers on the internet anymore after uninstalling, which will keep me here with a messed up audio system.
Can you explain me (or do you know someone who can?) how to do this correctly, so I won't mess up the whole system?
