Choosing the right combo/4670k vs 4770

Hi guys,i need help choosing the right cpu for me,well am not a hardcore overclocker and i only plan on stock voltage overclock for 4670k(no volt. increase).

So these cpu/mobo combo costs the same:
4770/asus h87 plus
4670k/asus z87 plus

So should i go with the 4670k or 4770?

That call is up to you if you want to pay the extra money for "future" proofing it but as it stand the next few years no games are really optimized for it. It's your money and both options are good. You definitely won't be disappointed either way just depends on how much lighter you want your wallet to be haha.

Mainly i will use it for gaming but i heard rumours that next gen games will support hyper threading causing an increase in performance.Also i do rendering but not that heavy.
