Can't change bios settings

I'm unable to change most settings in my bios. I'm trying to get my RAM to 1600MHz because it's stuck at 1366.

My motherboard is a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3

I'm Using Kingston HyperX RAM 1600 8GB

My CPU is an AMD FX-8350

Your BIOS looks the same as the one used on my Gigabyte z77x-d3h
The problem you are experiencing is not really a problem so much as a safety feature.
Highlight the option you want to change then use the +/- keys to change the value

I've tried that and it doesn't work! The settings just want to stay on auto I guess.

Make sure you are using the Number pad + -
Can also try others like Pg Up/PgDwn Arrow Up/Arrow Down

The number pad +/- worked! Of course It failed to boot when I brought my RAM up to 1600, but I'll figure that out. Thank you, good sir!
