im putting together a new budget build mostly for gaming and web surfing and stuff like that. i was planning my build around the i5 3470 knowing that would be enough for the things i plan on using the pc for. then i started thinking i might want to stream some of the pc games i play to twitch. would the i5 3470 be able to handle that?
