Gpu heat led flashes when I turn my computer on

Hi all
My gpu heat light keeps flashing but I can't tell what's wrong! I have had the card (sapphire 48) for 2 years and it was working fine before I shipped it. All of the fans are running smoothly except my back fan. Please help before I get so pissed I throw it out of the window

Hello... It is normal for designers of electronics to flash a LED at start up, as a test for them, for example... your lights on your car/truck dashboard... So are experiencing any operational problems with your computer/graphic card?

Reset all your cards, including memory, in case something got jostled during shipping.

Hello... does your computer try to power on? CPU and GPU fan move briefly? lights flash on motherboard? check reseat fan connector on GPU card? Do all your fans move easily with your finger? Is your POWER SUPPLY switch set to " ON " ?
