Is my Graphics card compatible with the rest of my computer?

I bought an EVGA GTX 660 superclocked. I bought a computer that is coming in on Monday. I had to get the last one replaced because I ruined the motherboard somehow after placing the GPU into the slot. It's coming in an hour or 2 and I'm just a bit worried that I will screw the computer up again.

I also have a 650W powersupply so it is fine. The motherboard I have is Gigabyte ga-b75m-d3h. Is all of that fine?

And will I have trouble anywhere with installation?

Yep all compatible. no worries about the PSU bro. That mobo has a PCIE 3.0. Put the 660 there.
