The PS4 and Xbox One have similar hardware. The graphics in the PS4 is comes from an APU, similar to the a10-6800k. The Graphics side of the chip is expected to have 16 Compute Units just like an AMD 7850.
How well these cores will perform is completely up in the air though. On the one hand its built into the processor and while the APUs have proven quite capable in gaming they fall quite short compared to graphics cards. On the other hand, the entire system runs on DDR5 which is going to be a huge help to the entire system. I could see the PS4's graphics falling in line with the AMD HD 7790 graphics card.
