So, I purchased a computer through CyberPower PC. Way better computer than my last one:

Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit
CPU: AMD FX-6100 GHz Six-Core AM3
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 650
MotherBoard: (CrossFireX) GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3 AMD Chipset Socket AM3
RAM: 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1866MHz Dual Channel Memory
Hard Disk: 1TB Seagate SATA-III 6.0 Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD

So, about 2 weeks into owning it, I start noticing problems in which I get stop screens when I play games. Shortly after, I notice a huge drop in FPS, only getting around 20-25 FPS when playing in Medium settings. Then, I notice Google Chrome crashes often, about 1-2 every hour.

I contacted CyberPower, and I already reinstalled Windows twice, tried a new Graphics Card, ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic, which checked out, and my Avast Antivirus scan shows nothing in the system. (It's a free version)

So, now I am experiencing:
Random BSODs. They'll seriously happen seconds after start up sometimes.
CHKDSK runs every so often on startup. It never finds any problems.
Google Chrome crashes about the same frequency as it always has.
Games have low FPS and crash:
-Skyrim crashes whenever I go outside.
-Terraria crashes whenever I load a large world.
-Far Cry 3 crashes whenever I discard of items in my inventory.
-L.A. Noire works, but fails to start up the second or third time playing in a day.
-Chivalry fails to start randomly.
-Bioshock fails to start all the time.
-Batman: Arkham Asylum fails to start all the time.

So, that's it. Let me know if you need more specs on something, because I'm new to this.

Solution
Try updating the BIOS to latest if there is a newer one, might be an incompatibility, only other thing I can think is a duff 650, they were not known to be the most reliable of cards, if you have an old gpu still, try it in the system and see if you get the crashes and performance issues.after checking BIOS.
just to check if its a graphics driver problem download driver fusion and the latest nvidia driver.

uninstall current driver and do not restart,
run driver fusion and clean nvidia driver then restart.
install latest nvidia drivers as custom and only install display and hdmi driver.

see if this helps first then we will go on from there.

Well, just did that, and it made it so I can play Bioshock now, but I still have problems with most other games, and my FPS is still only about 15 FPS. Thanks for telling me about Driver Fusion, however! That's a really useful program.

Alright, fixed all the issues in the registry, but still have FPS problems.
Could it be a virus in the system that just isn't detected by antivirus?

Well, most temperatures at desktop were between 12 degrees C and 29.

In game, the temperature of my graphics card shot up to 45 degrees C, and everything else experienced a 1-3 degree jump, but that's about it.
