Noctua D14 question

Pretty much have my build in order, but was looking at adding a different cooler. Currently I have the Hyper 212 EVO, but figured if I'm gonna go all out on this build, then why not get something that will let me OC to a higher level if need be. So I started looking at the cooler that everyone seems to love, the Noctua D14... It obviously looks legit, but the case that I wanna stick with (the CM Storm Scout, 1 not 2) is only a Mid tower case. I have looked around online but cannot get a definitive answer on whether it will fit or not. Some people say yes, some say yes but with modding, and others say no.

Help me out here. Anyone have any experience with the Storm Scout and a Noctua D14? I don't wanna do any modding of the current case; i.e: taking stock fans out. If I have to, I'll take out the side panel 120mm Aerocool, and I already have found a low profile RAM (Vengeance). So, should I squeeze in the Noctua or stick with the Hyper 212?

Here is the current build if anyone is interested: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1ozoo Thanks in advance.

Thanks but no thanks. I have weighed the pros and cons of watercooling quite a bit, and honestly don't wanna deal with the maintenance involved. Plus, the risks involved that come with my lack of experience in the WC'ing area aren't worth what I could achieve vs a solid aircooling setup.

I like my Noctua. it's very cool and quiet, but it is HUGE. I have a mid tower cruiser rosewill case and I have to take off the side case fan to get the noctua to fit. You can adjust the height of the fans on the cooler, but for me, it was the tops of the heat pipes that stuck into the case fan.

My temps dropped a lot from my 92mm nvidia/zalman cooler
