Hi there, I bought GTA IV in the Steam Summer Sale for £9.99. I then downloaded all 15GB of it and started playing.
I then joined the LCPSR clan and then gave me a clan pack, this contained LCPDFR, ANPR, ELS v7, 5 Police Cars and google maps. The problem i'm having is after I spend 30 minutes or when I exit the game, it crashes and says "GTA IV has stopped working" I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. These are my system specs:
AMD Athlon II x4 640 @3.0Ghz
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3
8GB Kingston HyperX Blu
Sapphire Radeon 7770 OC
Antec GX-700 Case
FSP Bluestorm II 500w
Arctic Freezer Pro 7 Rev.2
Could it be my underpowered/low quality PSU? Or my O/S?
I have the latest patch, latest drivers and Windows 7 SP1. I don't know what is causing this. When the game crashes, if I relaunch the game I cannot rejoin the game, it just starts a new lobby.
I'm really annoyed by this. If anyone could help me, that would be greatly appreciated.
