I have a Dell Inspiron 580 with a 13-550 Intel processor, 6 GB memory & 750 GB hard drive memory
Can I run Arma 2 combined operations on it?

Graphics card?

Edit:
Actually from the Dell site it loos like you might only have integrated graphics. If so then no. Almost no games, except very old games at his point will play well or even at all on integrated graphics that old.
