Ok, here's the problem: I built a gaming computer with an ssd boot/hdd storage combo. I installed a couple of my most used games on my ssd but most of them were on my hdd unfortunately my ssd died and all of my windows files went with it. I can reinstall windows as soon as i get my replacement drive back but i don't want to have to reinstall all of my games that were on my hdd. Is there any way to use the program files that are already on the other drive without having to redownload and reinstall all of them?

Solution
I've found that most times you can simply run the executable and the game works anyway. Sometimes you won't be able to avoid having to completely reinstall a game, but give it a try and see what happens. The worst you will have to deal with doing what you were probably expecting to do anyway.
