Hi guys, I m building a new HTPC, are these specs ok? Is there anything I should change? And is the ram compatible with the motherboard?

with those I m adding my 3 year old Harddrive - WESTERN DIGITAL 320GB WD Caviar® SE (WD3200AAJS), SATA 3 Gb/s, 7200 RPM, 8MB cache
Can it be a bottleneck?
