Over the past couple weeks my computer has been shitting off randomly and just today I got super fed up and took a look inside, I dusted off my Gpu and then I turned the comp on without a side, after 15 minutes I touched my Gpu (after sterilizing my hands ) and it burned I have an HD radeon 6700 Gpu and it hs been fine until a week or two ago, anybody have any ideas for what I can do to fix this problem, oh yea and the fan on the Gpu wasn't spinning when I looked at it

You have a defective card, and running it at 107c will kill it in no time. Also, running it while the fan isn't spinning will also kill it, if it hasn't died already. Sorry to be so death fixated.

Your problem is that the fan isn't spinning. Check to see if something got in there, even a dustball can prevent the fan from spinning. Try to clean the fan out again.

There isn't much you can do if the fans aren't working, but definitely check to see that the fan's connector wire is attached to the PCB board of the card. Maybe it came loose when you were cleaning it.

Last ditch remedy, install Afterburner or other video card utility and see if you can manually increase the fan speed. Don't keep playing games with temperatures over 100c.

Defective fan. Same thing happened to my card. Send it back if its still under warranty, but if not you will need a new GPU.
