I would upgrade the CPU definitely, even though i5-3570k is quite good.

unless you have a really good reason for it, i would drop down the video card and use that money towards other stuff; psu defnitely, and depending on how low you go you could do more with the motherboard as well

same thing with the ram...do you need 32 gb for anything in particular? and would vengeance suit your needs or is there some reason you want dominator? could used the money saved in ram to afford an ssd

i suppose the ultimate version of windows is personal choice, although if you didnt have a particular reason to get it i would say home premium would suit your needs

Price doesn't matter really. I'm not actually buying this just seeing what gamers would consider for a expensive gaming pc
