1 question about the case fan ( first time)

So I have a nzxt source 210 anh It have a rear fan , the question is where do I connect it to , the Mobo or the PSU ?

Your choice. If the MB has a header for a fan, use it. Most BIOSs allow control of fan speed either automatically or manually. If you connect it to the PSU, it will run at full RPM all the time.
