1 question about the case fan ( first time)

So I have a nzxt source 210 anh It have a rear fan , the question is where do I connect it to , the Mobo or the PSU ?

Either one, if you connect it to the motherboard, it can have it's speed changed. If it's connected to the PSU, it will always be running max speed. You have duplicate threads up by the way.
