Is this ready for bf4? This is most likely the only game I'm going to play. I plan to overclock for a little boost but not a lot. Also I want to play at medium settings at 1980 x 1080 with hopefully 60 fps. I heard that bf4 will be kind of optimized for amd instead of nvidia because amd payed them. Might this reach my needs?

Also, getting this for hdd since I don't care about loading time or not installing a lot I stuff.

YOu should be fine especially at medium. You might be able to push it higher. You also don't "Need" a ethernet connection. I get anywhere from 30-60MS ping depending on the game and server with a cheap USB wifi adapter. I do have a good internet connection though so...

But yea, you should be great.

How about this? I found out I have a 500 gb hdd and forgot to add os. If the link I posted about bf4 requirements are near true, will this be enough? I got an am3+ mobo for me to upgrade if I needed to. Besides bf, I play minecraft.

You'll want more power phases if you want to overclock, and trust me you'll want to overclock, it's your CPU that will hold you back if you get that build. You'll also want a 600w Corsair PSU.

Also the Team Vulcan RAM has the same clockspeed and latency as the RAM you chose and is cheaper.
