My HP printer (Officejet Pro 8500a) has power, but doesn't power up (screen is black.) I can't print and the message is "the computer is unable to establish 2 way communication with device". This all happened in the middle of an important job. Help, please!

Unplug it for about 10 seconds and plug it back in. If that does not help, contact HP for support or get a new one.
