look to an i7 (3770K or 4770K), 32GB of DRAM if heavy into the CAD which I'm assuming you are since you have Autodesk, good GPU, would prob start around a GTX 760

The nVidia Titan is currently tops on their side and the 7990 is the God of the AMD/ATI side right now
