Overclocking a Dual core 2.5

Can anyone tell me how far I can overclock my Dual core 2.5 E5200? My current cpu (with default clock) temp is 32-35 in idle and highly 50 with load.
Full spec is:
Dual core 2.5 E5200
Ram 2GB DDR2 (800 bus)
XFX Nvidia GT 220 1GB DDR2
160 Samsung HDD
450 watt psu
Intel DG31pr

I want to reach 3.0 at least. is that possible? Can I overclock from Bios?

Since it's normal Intel MB you probably not be able to overclock from BIOS but you can use BSEL to overclock fsb to 1066 from standard 800MHz. I've overclocked mine on stock voltage with tinfoil and no adverse effect to 3.33GHz — http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=vs11rk&s=3 Search google for BSEL mod 800>1066

I have tried using cpucool.... but it is not working,,, dnt know why. But some people reported their success with cpucool. Overall thank you for your suggestion.

BSEL mod is a tinfoil hardware reversible mod. Forget about cpucool
