You can, but there really is no reason to, unless you are doing a custom loop, and to overclock heavily. EVGA ACX cooling, like that one, is a very good air cooling system anyway. Its not worth it unless you have a custom loop anyway, and want to overclock those cards alot.

Nah, GTX770 is pretty much reached its GPU clock ceiling as is, no point in Watercooling them. Normal normal will do if you have decent chassis airflow.
