I have bought a new pc but upgraded it. It is a HP Compaq elite 8300 SFF pc and all of the components are the default apart form: the ram (upgrade to 12 GB), the hard drive (added 2tbs) and the processor (upgraded to Intel Core i5 3.10GHz. Can I get a better graphics card? I am having trouble because it is "half height?" please help!

the problem will be finding one that does not require to much power since you most likely only have a 250W PSU

an AMD Radeon 5450 will most likely be your best choise

i just had a quick google for you. as long as your HP Computer has a PCI-E slot you can get a low profile AMD HD7750 single bay. or if you have room a low profile GT640 double bay.

i believe these are the best low profile card around at the moment.

Thanks!!! that was really helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I get a better Power supply can I get anything better and would I have to upgrade anything else? I would prefer a NVidia but a Radeon should be ok.

THANKS!!!!
