Different types of graphics air-cooling solutions?

I recently got a new case (Silverstone TJ08B-E) and I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card to a 7970 or gtx 770/760. I understand some vendors provide cards with better cooling systems than reference models. I was just wondering what type of cooling setup would be optimal for the new case. (i.e. Triple-fan, single squirrel-cage blower, etc.)

So as long as my in-case airflow is good, then a multiple-fan cooler will be just fine. Thanks for clearing that up because I kept thinking more fans=more noise, but I failed to see it in terms of airflow (per fan).
