I have problem when overclocking my ram

I have Corsair Vengeance 2x2gb at 1600 mhz and my motherboard model is Gigabyte ga-770t-d3l.The motherboard setting my ram to work at 1333 mhz and when im overclocking my ram to 1600 mhz i have boot failures but when im overclocking im changing only the speed no timings and something other.....Please help me someone!

Hello... try increasing the voltage to your ram... check Cosairs website for manual settings for their RAM... the difference between 1333 vs 1600 is measured in mere nano seconds, blinking your eye takes 300 milliseconds.
