AMD PC built need some answers

Hi! So , these are my current specs :
-CPU: AMD FX-6100 hexa-core 3.8 GHz Oc'd
-GPU:AMD HD7750 1Gb DDR5
-Motherboard:AsRock 970DE-U3S3
-PSU:Thermaltake 630w Smart series
-RAM:Corsair Vengeance 2x4Gb 1600MHz Dual-Channel

I just want to know if my PC can run games like AC3 , NFS The run ,Battlefield 3 and the upcoming 4 , Crysis 2 and 3 and other games like that ...
I have a 1920x1080 Resolution. Thanks in advance!

You have a pretty alright mid range PC, keep in mind that you will need to make a GPU upgrade in 1-3 years (3 years is pushing it) and a CPU upgrade a bit after if you want to play some current and most future games on higher settings. You should be alright for BF4 on medium settings, NFS The Run mostly mid-high settings, Crysis 2 mostly high (some med here and there, maybe) you might be able to use DX11. The other games you mentionned are in the links above if you have not yet looked at them.
