Would my graphics card be bottlenecked?

At the moment i am looking into upgrading my current Sparkle Geforce GTX 660 to a Asus GTX 770.

Would it be bottlenecked as i am using a AMD FX-6100 (Non over clocked)?

Any help appreciated! :)
