CPU not installed correctly? Name is not correct. Help please!

I have an i7-3930K At 3.20GHz CPU but my computer says i have genuine intel(R) CPU @ 3.20GHz,
Does this effect the performance of my CPU? how can i change the name to the proper name?


My Spec:
Asus Rampage IV extreme
16GB RAM
64bit Win 8 Pro
1200Wat PSU
ASUS SLI 670 GTX

Yes on everything device manager and anywhere on my computer, i updated my bios to 4206 but still no luck :/
