Can not find proper NIC, click OK to exit program

I have a lan card with red and green light. After formatting my xp machine i installed my all driver but cannnot install the Specific lan driver.

Pls help me to do this.

My device manager shows 1 yellow mark other deive and under it shows PCI Devices. But I am unable to insta it anyway.

and the device ID is: PCI\VEN_0102&DEV_0200&SUBSYS_FFFFFFFF&REV_FF\4&CF81C54&0&30F0. And I think this device is my TechCom lan driver which is RTL8139D.

But if i install the driver it says "cannot find proper NIC. Click ok to exit the program".

You seggestion is appericiated but it also not helped me to solve this problem.

1. I tried ti install the program from Device manager but it failed afterall. says could not install or something.
2. I tried to install general process but it successfull and asked to restat the system. After doing this I got same problem.

I am just tired out of this. Is there any other process to solve this?
