Help getting graphics card to work

Yesterday i built my first PC i installed a Sapphire radeon 7850 1gb oc edition and installed the drivers but it doesnt seem to work

Okay, your hardware is good. Cant guess what the problem might be.
Try testing other games.
Also you may have downloaded latest drivers but just confirm once.
Also note the CPU readings on the task manager while you test the game.
