Geforce 650ti sli VS Geforce 770 oc

I am building a gaming pc but I am stuck on wether I should get geforce 650ti sli or geforce 770 oc? Games that I will be playing are the upcoming games such as bf4,crew,division,amra 3 etc
What will be the best?
And if sli is the way too go how large of a power supply wattage would I need?

100 times out of 100 id choose the 770oc. STandard advice is always to purchase the best single card solution you can afford, and upgrade later CF/SLI if needed. Mixing two midrange cards (650ti) isn't bad performance, but will suffer from microstuttering, and possible driver issues, not to mention VRAM limitations depending on which model you get. A 770OC is the way to go. Forget the midrange SLI setup.
