Hello guys, I'm taking a different path with this build and I am considering pairing Haswell and the 7-series NVIDIA GPUs under a budget. I have come up with this build:

i5 4570(non-k)
GTX 770
Z87-K
H60 Cooler
8GB RAM
650W PSU
inWin G7
Extra fans

Please tell me about this build and if I should change it to an i5 4670K and 7950 (or 760)

I did the best I could with this system, I really want this GPU and CPU. Any thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated.

Better take gigabyte X-D3H or UD3H mobo.

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gaz87xud3h

That HD3 is a goodmobo. But the X-D3H is better. Both will work just fine.
Really good cheap SSD? http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sandisk-internal-hard-drive-sdssdhp128gg25

I personally wouldn't bother with water cooling unless you're going for an H100.

A Hyper 212 EVO will be as good as an H60
A Noctua NH-D14 or Phanteks PH-TC14PE will be as good as an H80

between the 7950 or 760/770, either card will perform nicely. An nVidia will handle PhysX a little better...if you play a lot of games using PhysX.

Thanks for your suggestions guys. I guess I need to make a few things clear.
1. I have a budget of £1000.
2. I will be getting it from a website which let's you config it)
3. Of course, they do take VAT so it works out to be about £830 that I can spend
4. There isn't an amazing range of coolers. Only the H40, H60, H80i, H100.
5. I will NOT be building a PC for myself anytime soon. I am scared to screw things up. I cannot be persuaded.

If you have any good online retailers that you would recommend that would be good. I live in the UK.

This latest i5 4770k (able to oveclock in the future) goes perfect with the g45 motherboard from MSI, the motherboard is great to overclock with and has an amazing sound card built in for better audio and killer ethernet for faster internet speed.

A great ssd performing nearly as fast as a samsung 840 pro for a lot cheaper, an amazing 1tb to store your documents, movies, songs, pictures and many more.

The 600t as it looks clean and looks different to the average case, it is just a preference but the bitfenix alchemy cables go amazing in the case and maches the white http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU...

A msi 760 2gb is perfect + it goes and looks amazing with the motherboard

Great psu 650w is all you need leaving head room for SLI in the future, featuring a semi-modular design to keep your case staying clean.

8gb 1600mhz of ram is perfect and can be overclocked to 1866mhz, low profile but still stays cool.

The 212 evo is an amazing cheap cpu cooler that performs nearly as good as a $70 cooler.

As for the optical drive, they are all basically the same and if you don't use it apart from the install of your os than it doesn't really matter how cheap it is.

Room for an os if needed.

Guys thanks for your help. I have looked at the websites you have suggested. I found that PC specialist is best for me and that this build is the closest I will get at having a Haswell chip and a powerful 7-series NVIDIA GPU.

May I recommend dinopc.com I have ordered from them a couple times now, super fast delivery and very clean build. Also cheaper pc specialist.
