There is Gtx 670 DC2 ASUS.
1080p Bioshock Inf. Maximized Settings: Highest temp 72 Degree
I'am in Turkey.
Case is haf 912 plus fans maximized.

No problem, that's normal 72C for a powerfull card like that is very good in a 45C ambient (max temp is 105C on the core so unless it reach that you're ok)

PS: I live in canada, 20 to 22 is the normal room temp here

I will try it room temp is around 45 degree.

35C before opening pc - 45C after opening pc
3m^2 square room :(
