I've been watching post on Ebay for Windows 8 for a couple weeks now. Many places are selling Windows 8 in the $80 to $95 range. These are the FULL version .... They have many good reviews ...
I'm building a new system soon, so I thought this would be a good way to same $20...

how do they do it??
What do you guys think?

Many (most?) of the eBay Windows sales are not legitimate purchases. They are selling a broken or otherwise screwed up Dell PC, and the associated software. The catch is...you only get the hardware if you find their warehouse and go pick it up.

Unless it is a legitimate sale price from one of the major stores (Newegg, TigerDirect, etc), it is not likely to be much less than what MS sells it for. MS sets the price.

Read all the way through those eBay sales descriptions. Buyer beware.

You won't find a legit copy for any crazy low prices everywhere sells it for about $90. Even online the prices for all versions of windows are almost exactly the same as they will be in a physical retail store. Just buy from wherever you get bonus offers from like if you're a best buy reward zone member or amazon credit rewards member and get bonus points for every dollar spent. Don't expect it to drop in price after a few years either....that's not how windows sales works.
