Hi, I just want to know what you think of my PC build :)

CPU: Intel Core i7 4770K
Mobo: MSI Z87-MPower
RAM: 8Gb DDR3 2133MHz Kingston HyperX Beast
GPU: MSI NVidia GeForce GTX 770 Lightning Edition
Storage: 1To Barracuda + 120Gb Samsung SSD
PSU: Corsair CX750
Case: NZXT Phantom 410
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212EVO
Thermal Compound: Arctic Silver

All all the other stuff ;)

Any suggestions?

If your PC's sole purpose is gaming, there's no need to chuck that much money into the CPU you've selected.

With the right cooler you can tune the i5-3570K up to 4.5 GHz or so. The only difference between said i5 and the i7-4770K you've chosen is an extra 100 MHz and hyperthreading, which is utterly useless for gaming. The only game that benefits slightly from it is Crysis. We have yet to see games taking advantage of hyperthreading and there's been no rumours revolving around BF4 utilizing hyperthreading.

EDIT: Personally, I'd go with ASRocks Extreme instead of MSI Z87 or MPower Max.
However, if you're a serious enthusiast who wants some future-proofing and values highly-threaded application performance, this processor may be worth...

Thanks, I am basically trying to be able to run BF4 on ultra in 1080x1920 at 50-60 FPS... Hoping that will do the trick :)

With that thermal compound and CPU cooler, do you think it would be over lockable to 4.0GHz??

Id go with the Gigabyte 770 OC instead of the lightning. Its just as fast, cooler, quieter and $50-$60 cheaper.

Will work like a champ but there's some overspending there for no added benefit.
- 4770K doesn't provide a gaming advantage over the 4670K
- expensive mobos like that one don't provide a FPS advantage and *sometimes* a minimal OC advantage (couple hundred MHz)

- fast ram is no advantage over 1600MHz, 9-9-9-24, 1.5V
