I'd go with Windows 7 Home Premium ($99 on Newegg and $108 on Amazon last I checked) if its possible, Windows 8 is unstable and sucks IMO and I'd go with a 1TB Drive, there only a few dollars more expensive.

1 more thing before I go, when I build a gaming computer, I usually get about 50-100W extra on my PSU for future Upgrades, but since your not getting an aftermarket PSU, I'm guessing your not upgrading

cheers for your advice, getting a 1TB HDD now, and it turns out i know a guy in a local shop who can get me a discount on a lot of stuff, so ill look into some better parts :)
