Card choice dilema between 670 680

This week, theres some INSANE deals on gtx 670 and 680 from asus Direct CuII. 280$ for 670 380 for 680. I dont know if the 100$ is worth the extra power. I am running single monitor, a 520w Seasonic psu and planning to overclock the card.

Basically, do i save 100$, get 670 so it'll last 2-3 years, get a second one then and sli or get a 680 make it last 3-4 years and sli.

Is the extra power even noticeable on single screen gaming?

The more I think about it the moreits a good idea. the 670 is plenty of GPU power to run all games at high right? And when ill want to slii will buy a used 670 for 200$ and get the power of 1.5x~ gtx 680 for the same price!



The 770 is not an option. It is grossly overpriced atm when the 600 series is on sale. 279,99 for a gtx 670 vs 449,99 for gtx 770 not worth it in my opinion.
