I'm looking to buy a Geforce GTX 760, but will the rest of my computer be able to handle it?

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
Processor: AMD FX 6300
Memory: 8GB DDR3 1333
Power Supply: 750W
Current Graphics Card: Geforce GTX 570
DirectX 11

Thanks for the answer! And yeah I'm already planning on OC'ing the ram when I get a good enough case, as well as the CPU (It's at like 3.6GHz right now, I want to see if I can get it past 4.0).

Haha thanks for the concern. No worries, I do. Don't have the exact specs with me but I've overclocked with it in the past.
