Windows 7 lagging after splash screen

After the starting windows splash screen my screen goes to a black screen for about a minute or 2 and then boots regularly. It has done this before but I moved everything into a new case and it hasn't done it for about a week and has started to do this lag again. I'm booting off an ssd with a few other harddrives in there. If anyone knows what the problem could be please let me know, thank you.

There's a startup program, a driver or possibly a corrupt registry entry, have you tried a registry cleaner, Wise has a decent free version

Windows. After the windows splash screen it goes black and after a minute it starts windows. Sometimes it boots in 20 seconds flat, which it should for an ssd. But most of the time it lags on that black screen after 'starting windows'

Didn't work,80% of the time it lags, then every once in a while it goes straight from starting windows to welcome. It worked for about a week straight when I moved all my hardware into a new case but now it lagging again for about two minutes then it says wlecome and the desktop opens.
