So a bit of background on this:
This is my first build, so go easy on me please haha
Both of the times that my computer has BSOD'd, it's been while playing Far Cry 3. Last time (before today) was 3-4 weeks ago (On July 20 to be exact).
Here are both crash analyses from WhoCrashed:

On Tue 8/6/2013 10:59:01 PM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\080613-8127-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: hal.dll (hal+0x12A3B)
Bugcheck code: 0x124 (0x0, 0xFFFFFA800D460028, 0xBE000000, 0x100110A)
Error: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
file path: C:\Windows\system32\hal.dll
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: Hardware Abstraction Layer DLL
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA).
This is likely to be caused by a hardware problem problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

Could anyone give me some insight as to what could be causing my BSOD? Thank you in advance, and any help is greatly appreciated. If you guys need any more information let me know and I'd be more than happy to provide it asap.

Solution
What settings are you pushing in FC3. You might consider toning down, even with a nice rig like that. Does it happen in a particular scene / spot and ONLY in FC3? Windows by its nature can have the odd ball BSOD occassionally, but it would be best to ensure the setup is right. Have you checked for the latest Video Drivers for your Video too? I know both major makers have released new drivers recently
No. How about you provide your specs? Speccy is a good way to provide them if you don't know how. Hal.dll is the Hardware Library which is key to this is the hardware in the computer, and makes Windows work. Potentially this could be anything causing it to error that may be from Reinstall Windows from scratch too low PSU for your rig during PEAK play times

bump?
The BSOD's are not too frequent, only have gotten them twice in a little over the first month of owning the computer, but it has no reason to BSOD, and I'd like to see what's going on and how to fix it, in case it's something bad.

Ultra, so basically everything is maxed out. I'm using the stock case fans on my Corsair 500r, and I've been thinking that it might be the heat from the GPU and CPU coupled with the less-than-stellar fans that are giving me a BSOD. I'll be getting some money in from a few rebates soon and I'll purchase a few fans to change out the case fans, and put a push/pull on my H100i, and I'll see how it goes after that.
