Which Intel Core I5 should I buy?

Hello all,
I'm building a completely new gaming computer and would like to get some insight about the I5 3570k and the I5 4670K. I can get either one of them at the same price so that's not a problem.

I plan on overclocking the cpu and I'll have a custom water loop. Which one would you suggest I get?...and why?

The 4670K has more performance per clock, so in most cases the 3570K will just catch up in performance when it overclocks a little more; it won't actually provide superior performance. The 4670K also adds some new instructions which could help performance in the long term. Overall, if they cost the same, the 4670K has the edge.

Thanks for you quick reply Patrick. Is that all the 4670K has to offer? I hear that it gets hotter when overclocked and doesn't overclock as well as 3570K. I haven't looked at the motherboards for the 4670K yet.
