ihome k255bb wireless keyboard an mouse. plug in play gen. drivers win 7 32b mouse works nothing for keyboard. other driver avail? on laptop does builtin kb need be disabled help

Stock battery's replaced with new name brand ones. light on keyboard powers on the off as i assume it should for self test. also driver reports device connected and working :( haha
