Advices for cooler and power supply for this configuration

Hi guys, im typing from italy, so i ask sorry if i make mistakes :s

im going to buy soon (1 week or something) but im still in doubt on what power supply and cooler buy. this are the components:

CPU Intel Core i5-4670 3.4GHz 6MB Socket 1150 84W con GPU HD Graphics 4600 Boxed

mobo Gigabyte GA-H87-HD3 Socket 1150 Intel H87 DDR3 SATA3 USB3 ATX

SSD Samsung 840 UltraSlim Series 128GB Pro 2.5" Lettura 520MB/s Scrittura 390MB/s SATA3 Retail

Case Tower Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced ATX

RAM DDR3 Corsair Vengeance Blue CML16GX3M2A1600C10B LowProfile 16GB (2x8GB) PC3-12800 1600MHz CL10

Samsung SH-224BB 24x DVD/CD SATA Nero bulk

as you see, i miss the cooler and the power supply, and i have doubt about them.

i was aiming at the xfx 550w or antec 620w , but bout cooler, ugh i have no idea

ps: i dont make oc of any gender ^^

I'd probably get at least a 650w - 750w Psu for that build. Even a 620w would be fine as long as it's a good quality brand. As far as a cooler goes, a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo would work, not sure if you can get a Noctua NH-U12s or NH-U14s where you live, but both would do better.

Antec makes solid Psu's, so not a bad idea. Take a look for Seasonic, Xfx, Ocz, PC Power and Cooling and Ultra. Rosewill Hive 650 as well(just that one Rosewill though).

If you budget can do it, I'd get the NH-U12s cooler, provided that it's on sale. Right now in the states we can buy it for 50 US dollars, so if it's about that same price in converted currency, I'd definitely buy it.

i have budget even for the 14s cooler.

but now im wondering ... is this config so quiet as they told me? im not so sure bout that, and since i want a quiet performing pc, im looking for opinions :s
