Would this case and it's two fans paired with the stock cooler on my cpu keep my amd fx 6300 cool when gaming?

Assuming it isn't overclocked, or only very little, yes. A bigger concern would be the quality of that case. I owned an Apevia case once. Once. It is the only case I've ever owned that frustrated me so much I ended up tossing it in the grabbage after months of fighting a grounding problem. As for quality control, a factory drone put a screw through the power switch wires. The design was great, but the materials were atrocious; soft aluminum that bent easily causing fit issues. I believe it was a $60 or $70 case too.
