How to underclock amd apu a6 3500

I have overclocked my amd apu a6 3500 from 2.1Ghz to 2.4Ghz using AI Suite 2.0 .
After that my cpu has been overclocked but I have underclocked by reseting bios as well as cmos...Thereafter I have checked my cpu with CPUZ , it sometimes shows my cpu running on 2.4Ghz......
Please help me.....
I have using Asus F1 A55M-LE motherboard
