Hi, so a month or so a go my usb ports and audio stopped working on my h61m-ds2. Only 2 of the ports had worked. Even after a reformat i still had no luck, after messing around with drivers I eventually got my front 2 ports working somehow. With the audio inputs, the drivers were installed however if i plug in a speakers it would not detect nor display a problem about it. Now I assumed it was damaged hardware so I bought a new motherboard (b75m-d3h) because I was sick of not having all my ports working.
The problem did not fix at all. Except made it worse. All the usb ports work fine but one catch. Only my mouse, keyboard and usb drives work however I am limited to what kind of usb devices for example usb sticks work but not my external hard drive or usb wifi stick which do not even power on and upon plugging it in device manager would refresh but there is nothing listed in device manager so it's not even detecting the usb drives.
So maybe I thought it was one of my internal hard drives causing the error. Took everything out and put in an old 250 gig hard drive i salvaged from an old laptop that had windows 8 on it and the same problem occured, so i took out my gpu, still no luck, couldn't be my psu since the problem occured before i got a new one 680 watt, couldn't be my cpu because i bought a new i5 3570k.
literally have no idea what is happening.

xfx radeon 7770 (super oc edition)
8 gig ram 2x4 gig sticks
hyper 212 after market cooler
2x 250 gig hard drives
